CoreLife Eatery Delivers Fast, Healthy Meals

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – A new restaurant in Murfreesboro called CoreLife Eatery is offering quick, tasty, and healthy “fast-food” dishes for their customers.

“We are a quick-casual, healthy eating concept. We believe that eating healthy should be delicious and also good for you,” Kelsey Searles, co-owner of the CoreLife Eatery, said. “We have a very large menu with lots of different choices so that really anyone can find something that they like.”

Kelsey Searles and her husband, Scott, opened the franchise with backgrounds in health and wellness and the restaurant business.

“Part of this whole thing is to make really healthy, great tasting food accessible to everybody,” Scott Searles, explained. “You can just come in here without a lot of food knowledge and just know that you’re eating better than you probably were before.”

The restaurant gets fresh vegetables delivered six days a week, and all items on the menu are made from scratch. They have green bowls, grain bowls, and broth bowls, in addition to other food.

With more than 100 ingredients to choose from, customers can make their perfect dish, and because all of the items are added separately, you can know exactly what you’re eating and avoid things you don’t want to, which is great for people with allergies or intolerances.

The Searles are hoping to open additional locations in downtown Nashville, Green Hills, Franklin, and Brentwood.
